Vintage or limited edition is a code for "I need it in my life right now or it will be gone before you know it".
So when I saw Nespresso launched SELECTION VINTAGE 2014, I could not resist it. You might look at the year 2014 and think its not really that old to be vintage. However, in coffee terms, vintage is used for coffee that had been aged in a warehouse for several years. It doesn't have to be there for a decade, few years is enough. When coffee beans are aged it reduces acidity and gives it more body and flavour. And I personally love the taste!
